I’d be on-board for the Snatcher Hype machine. That is a great game. I’d agree that it’s not $400 good, though…$300 good maybe. :p

I wouldn’t be upset about a re-release of Burning Rangers, either.

I’d say $150 is the most I’d pay for any game, personally, which is probably why I have Radiant Silvergun but not Snatcher at this point.

Well, that and because I only came into possession of a working Sega CD in the past couple of years, courtesy of one ML Kennedy.

Yeah, Sega really needs to get on the ball with re-releasing that. NiGHTS is fine and all, but I want ALL the obscure Saturn releases.

I think the most I’ve ever paid for a video game was the Sakura Taisen collection when it came out which came to $200 with rush shipping from Japan on release day. But that was four Dreamcast games in its prime and a bunch of crazy crap in a giant box, which excuses the price tag somewhat.

I think in actuality, the most I’ve paid was $110. I got lucky on an amazon 3rd party sale, and picked up a CIB copy of Suikoden 2 as a present for my fiancee (its her favorite series, and her copy had been stolen a few years earlier). She did about as well. She picked up a copy of Radiant Silvergun for me while she was studying in Japan for about the same in US dollars.

I personally would never pay 300 for a game…I’d never even buy a system for one game. My rule is the needs to be at least 5 games a want for a given system before I’ll buy it. I could see maybe going up to $150.

I remember Snatcher being an odd price in retail when I bought it. i want to say it was $32.99 when it was originally released.

I bought that same collection for $120 from ncsx. I think the most I ever paid was $150 at the most for a game and I can’t remember which game in my collection it is.
