Popular Module for the Pathfinder RPG Now Available for Playbook App from Trapdoor Technologies
Trapdoor Technologies, LLC (www.trapdoor.tech ) announces the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Module: The Dragon’s Demand is now available for sale within Trapdoor’s headline app, Playbook for Pathfinder. (www.trapdoor.tech/playbook).
The Dragon’s Demand is the first adventure from the vast Pathfinder Roleplaying Game library to be available in Playbook, and its launch marks a new phase in the exciting partnership between Trapdoor and Paizo, Inc (www.paizo.com), bringing Pathfinder’s most-popular adventures to an easy-to-use app. Playbook For Pathfinder allows players to roll-up and manage characters, while Game Masters can purchase and prep adventures and campaigns. The app features quick rules look-up, information sharing, stat tracking for monsters and PCs, artwork, and more.
“Our team has worked very hard to meet Paizo’s standards of excellence while maintaining focus on the automation and scalability of our publishing software. We want to give players what they are asking for, namely more Pathfinder adventures,” says Trapdoor’s managing director Chris Matney. “This is just the first of hundreds of content offerings on the schedule.”
“We are excited about the storytelling possibilities that Playbook brings to both new and classic Paizo adventures. As a GM, I love the seamless rules lookup, tracking and sharing features Playbook brings to one of my all-time favorite adventures,” says Lisa Stevens, CEO of Paizo. “I am looking forward to many, many more adventures to come.”
Pathfinder Module: The Dragon’s Demand sweeps players into mystery and adventure. When the town of Belhaim’s peace and quiet is shattered by the sudden collapse of the last standing tower of its founder’s castle, things quickly bloom out of control. Why were there bodies of kobolds amid the rubble? What’s the sinister secret behind the strange sounds of flapping wings in the night? What’s happened to local wizard Balthus Hunclay, who’s not answering his door? And what of the rumors of strange stirrings in nearby Dragonfen? Has Belhaim’s ancient draconic nemesis returned?
Playbook for Pathfinder subscribers can find The Dragon’s Demand, along with interactive copies of the Pathfinder core rulebooks, under the “Library” tab in the app. The latest version of Playbook for Pathfinder is available in the Apple App Store now. All downloads come with a free 30-day trial period and purchased content is always available, even if a subscription is canceled.
