Game Collection Roundtable 09/27/2015: Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (3DS), One Piece Unlimited World Red (Vita), Amiibo Retro 3-Pack

Every week, the Diehard GameFAN team adds new games to their collections. Sometimes they are new releases, physical or digital, DLC or full games, but they are all building blocks in our greater collections.

Video Game:

MANOS: The Hands of Fate – Director’s Cut

It was part of a two dollar Groupees bundle and I’ve wanted this for a while so I got it and some other stuff I gave the codes away for. Hey, it’s usually five bucks or so on Steam so I got it for more than half off.

Well, I got Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (3DS).

So you’re probably never going to see me again.

One Piece Unlimited World Red (Vita) – This was on sale for nine bucks, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve enjoyed playing the Warriors games well enough after all. So far it’s a rather generic Japanese brawler. It’s fine, but not really impressive in any way. Kind of reminds me of some of the Naruto games I played on PSP, although perhaps not as robust.

Read Only Memories (PC) – Got this one for review. It’s an old school adventure game where you explore the scenery and talk to people from the first person perspective. So far, the story has been interesting, with a lot of focus on characters and world building. The LGBT themes are extremely well done. People are just people in this, which is the dream. I look forward to seeing where this goes.

My retro 3 pack came in.
