Tales of Xillia 2 is one of three Tales games to release in 2014, the first being Tales of Symphonia Chronicles out earlier this year, and ending on Tales of Hearts R for the Vita. Xillia 2 takes place a year after the original and focuses on a new protagonist, Ludger Will Kresnik. As you can see from the trailer, characters from the prior game do make appearances, though it’s hard to judge in what capacity. Here it is:
The game will release on August 19, 2014 for the Sony PlayStation 3 and will come in both standard and collector’s editions. While you wait, be sure to check out the review for the original Tales of Xillia.
