It was announced yesterday that Midway will be developing a number of games featuring some of Cartoon Network’s most popular original properties from the Adult Swim lineup.
To be developed:
- Aqua Teen Hunger Force
- The Brak Show
- Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law
- Sealab 2021
- Space Ghost Coast to Coast
In a related story, it was also recently announced that a game based on Family Guy is under development by Take-Two’s new 2K Games label. Looks like everyone is trying to make up for letting Family Guy get canned the first time around.
There’s even hope that these won’t just be hastily-slapped-together crap; none of these titles will arrive before 2006. It’s good to see these being seriously developed, rather than rushed out in an attempt to cash in on the licenses.
