Pokemon News for the Pokemaniacs out there…

If you’re not doing anything Saturday morning, and need to desperately play Pokemon with someone else, then you’re in luck. This Saturday, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am most Toys ‘R’ Us stores will be having a special Pokemon Trade and Battle Day, where you can do as the name suggests: trading and battling. As a special incentive, they will be giving away some free swag for some people who get their early: the first fifty people get a Pokemon character poster. Along with that they promise they you will be able to trade for “specific” Pokemon in your Leaf Green and Fire Red carts (whatever that means), try out some of the newest card sets that go with Pokemon TCG, and get some free TCG swag including a card playmat and promo card.
