After four editions of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, the series received a facelift last year in the release of Tony Hawk’s Underground. T.H.U.G. expanded on the features fans grew to love in previous editions, and added such features as importing your own face on the Playstation 2 edition.
The sixth installment of the Tony Hawk franchise, known as Tony Hawk’s Underground 2, will expand even more to include several new features, including:
World Destruction Tour – Two teams led by Tony Hawk and Bam Margera will travel the world pulling pranks, going off-road on “sick terrain” that expands across six international cities.
Team Play – Tony and Bam again lead separate teams, where you can bring on your created skater, or several other pro and guest skaters, including Ben Franklin! 20 unique skaters round out the roster.
More Customization – Create your own logos for grafiti tags and skate stickters in the brand new “Create-A-Graphic feature Back again are the create a skater, park, decks, tricks, goals, and levels of difficulty from the previous versions.
New Player Controls – Grab big air by performing a sticker slap off any type of wall or surface, go into slow motion control to help you master new trciks, or “throw a hilarious tantrum” mid-combo and get even higher point totals.
Beyond The Board – Not just skateboards anymore. New rideable objects include Segway scooters, hot dog stands, hospital gurneys, pelt bystanders with tomatoes, and other objects, and tag the turf with signature graffiti. Shots of those new actions are in the screenshot list below.
Two Game Modes An all new story mode is included in THUG 2, featuring all new levels OR take a nostalgia trip by checking out a bunch of old school Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater levels in Classic Mode and complete old-time goals such as the S-K-A-T-E, finding the secret tape and more!
