i neva had Pokemon Pearl or Diamond but i need to know how do u get threw Veilstone Gym because i try running towards the punching bags and tires but that doesn’t do anything so help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!

it didn’t help cause i have my team as follows lvl 100 torterra lvl 100 blissey lvl 100 lughia lvl 100 droganite lvl 100 scarmory
lvl 100 darkrai i got darkrai from an event for rise of the darkrai in australia cause i was there for two years waiting for the million dollar grant to last my family till 2012 we get it becuae my mum got a grant for being sacked illegally.
