Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe – The Flash Arcade Ending Revealed!
By Alex Lucard - November 15, 2008 | Email the author

Whoo! It’s Barry Allen. Not “Kid Flash” Wally West. Not “Too Old” Jay Garrick. Not “Should’ve Remained Impulse & Now He’s Dead” Bart Allen. The Flash in MK Vs. DCU is the one true Flash himself. Click on through to see his ending which is a bit weird.

  1. Are you sure that this is a true ending?

  2. Arcade mode? Yes. This isn’t story mode’s ending. Story mode is very different from the usual Mortal Kombat play style.

  3. so is that the ending on any difficulty? i was playing easy just because i wanted to hurry up and see the flash’s ending but was disappointed. wondering if they change or are just lame…

and for the record the continuity in the game is ridiculously close to the comics (sinestro corps? f’n awesome)… but barry allen just came back… he’s been dead for 20 YEARS… i dig barry… but wally isn’t a chump… cool seeing barry; woulda prefered wally

  4. Rich – I was playing on normal so it seems like it’s the same ending. This sort of “not really an ending” ending is what Mortal Kombat is known for. Another weird ending is Sonya’s where she becomes a Green Lantern. Weird.

I like Wally too, but I prefer JLEurope Wally to “Barry 2.0″ that Waid and Johns turned him into. I miss that money grubbing get rich scheming sweaty plamed horn dog Wally.

  8. …Where does it say that it’s Barry exactly…?

  9. Repeatedly throughout the game, but especially in the character bio where it calls him Barry Allen and gives Barry’s Silver Age origin.
