Hi Stu. Thanks for writing

You'll want to turn off your USER Account Control. You'll want to turn it on as soon as the game is loading on to your computer though.

If it's still not loading, then you might need to turn off your firewall and/or virus protector as well as both of these sometimes think MITA is an unwelcome program. Make sure when you do this not to be onlone, just to give your computer some added protection.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the thorough and helpful review.

What controls did you need to change in order to get the program to install in Vista? I'm having the same problem. The game won't install.

Thanks,
Stu

That's still two clicks when the average adventure game requires just one and bam, it is in your inventory.

It's is great to know there is a second way to do it, but this is a) missing from the guide with the game (at least the review copy version) and b) a few steps behind what the typical point and click games does. It also doesn't help with any of the bugs or the in ability to move your character when he's not interacting with objects, thus causing Toledo to stand in front of things you want to access with the only way to move him being interaction with ANOTHER object.

You don't need to
"bring the item up towards to screen, make the inventory screen open up, put it in, then drag your cursor towards the bottom of the screen to close the inventory option". If you right-click when the item is on your cursor the item will pass directly to the inventory.
